We are a husband and wife team who have over 21 years combined of emergency medicine experience. Being both a Paramedic and emergency room Registered Nurse, we have high expectations for levels of cleanliness and sanitation. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, and exceeding the minimum requirements for food safety. We have two toddlers and made the decision to open this cafe to be more present for our children. Being shift workers we are avid coffee drinkers, and have a passion for high quality beverages. We have a developed wine palate and want to share some of our favorite bottles with you. Come in with someone special, and split a bottle with our phenomenal charcuterie boards (see below).
